Approve the follow-up
Review a useful next step: ask for access photos or offer to revisit the quote. Approve the wording, timing, and owner.

A tracked reply stops follow-up. The owner receives a brief, recommended action, and editable reply draft. Your team approves the response and records the outcome.

How is a Recovery Run different from the subscription?
A Recovery Run is a finite campaign we prepare and manage for an agreed batch. The $99/month founding Recovery subscription includes the ongoing product and standard guided onboarding. Ongoing campaign management and data cleanup are outside standard onboarding. The complimentary pilot ends after its final review and does not automatically become a subscription.
Who is eligible, and how is a place confirmed?
The first 5 new, independent US hot-tub or swim-spa dealers or sauna installers that fit the agreed scope and accept written terms and a launch plan. One place per business, across all three packages. An intro does not reserve a place. Design partners are handled separately and do not use these five places. Existing customer agreements stay unchanged.
How long does the price last?
Your selected monthly rate is protected for 12 months from go-live while you remain subscribed. Cancel before your next renewal; service continues through the paid month. Cancellation ends rate protection. This is 12-month protection, not a lifetime rate. After 12 months, service stays monthly; we give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. There is no annual commitment.
Can I pay annually?
Founding plans start monthly, so you can see how the workflow fits before making a longer commitment. Annual prepayment is not offered in this founding launch. If you prefer annual billing, mention it during your intro; any future annual option will have its own clearly agreed price and terms.
What do the limits mean?
New inquiries includes 100 new visitor conversations per billing month; a conversation counts when the visitor sends their first message. Recovery includes 100 opportunities newly started in a sequence per billing month, with at most 3 automated emails each. Imports alone do not count. Both includes each allowance, with no rollover. We review usage with you and agree a next step as you approach the allowance. Extra capacity requires agreement, never automatic overage charges.
Can we use recovery without the website agent?
Yes. Recovery works independently with manual entry or CSV. You need usable permission evidence and a named person to handle replies. Sending readiness is checked before launch. Automatic new-quote sync is not included. CRM connections and existing-mailbox sending are also outside the founding subscription.
What if we need more help, or want to change packages?
Standard onboarding is included at $0. Extra locations, more volume or custom work need a separate agreed scope and price before work begins. You can request a package change at the listed founding rates through your original 12-month anniversary; changes are agreed with us and do not reset that date.
